What is a Japanese crepe?

Japanese crepes started as street food in Harajuku, Tokyo. The batter is thin, a little chewy, and strong enough to roll into a cone you can hold. What is a mochi waffle?

A mochi waffle uses rice-flour batter, so it is crisp on the outside and soft and chewy inside. We make them fresh and top them with fruit, cream, gelato, and the toppings you pick. You can also design your own crepe or waffle on the menu.
